How to submit an abstract
Abstract submission deadline: 1 November 2026
Each registered participant may submit one abstract. Abstracts must be written in English.
1. Register for the congress
Complete your registration. Agência Abreu will send you a confirmation email containing your Registration ID.
2. Prepare your abstract
Use the Word template or LaTeX template provided below. Your abstract must not exceed one A4 page. Keep the template formatting and check the text carefully, as accepted abstracts will be reproduced as submitted.
Save your abstract file as NameSurname_Abstract.docx (or the corresponding format if using the LaTeX template).
3. Submit by email
Send your abstract to Materiais2027@isep.ipp.pt by 1 November 2026. Include the registration confirmation email containing your Registration ID with your submission.
Abstracts are submitted by email, not through the registration platform.
Review and publication
The Scientific Committee will evaluate the abstracts and determine whether accepted contributions will be presented orally or as posters. Authors will be informed of the decision by email by 15 November 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Only contributions from participants whose registration and payment have been completed will be included.
The best 40 full abstracts will be selected for publication in a special book edition.
